IF
I’m into poems these days… hahaha…
Anyway, some nights back, I heard someone recite this poem and I uncontrollably wanted to recite it with emotions and vocal variety. Poems can be so beautifully written sometimes…
This poem ‘IF’ by Rudyard Kipling talks about what it takes to be a real MAN -
to be steadfast in what you believe in,
to be firm in your integrity,
not to be wavered by circumstances and people around you,
not to be control by triumph and disaster,
stay true to yourself and be humble.
Finally, "Hold on" when the whole world are against you.
I hope it inspires you as much as it did to me.

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you;
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
